This work develops an optimization framework for distributing multi-category food from NC State’s Feed the Pack pantry directly to residence halls, subject to food inventory, category-specific demand, and volunteer vehicle capacity. The model is solved with Dantzig–Wolfe decomposition combined with capacity-constrained Clarke–Wright route generation.
